Sološnica

The quarry is located in the cadastral territory of the municipality Solosnica, district Malacky.

Solosnica is the most modern quarry in Slovakia and has a capacity of more than 1 mio. tones/year. Furthermore Solosnica is the leading supplier of asphalt aggregates and railway ballast in western Slovakia.

Quality management system is implemented in the quarry Sološnica, which meets the requirements of EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 for aggregate mining and processing.

The aggregate can be loaded to wagons at the railway station Rohožník located in the distance of 9 km from the quarry.
