Trnava - Prielohy

Concrete plant is located in the cadastral territory of the municipality Zavar, part Prielohy, district Trnava.

Capacity: 90m³/h

The concrete mixing plant is in operation all year round, every day of the week. In winter it works using hot water, heating of the aggregate, and quality hygienic winter additives.

We provide free customer service in the design and modification of fresh concrete mixtures in order to improve fire safety, frost resistance, adhesion, water tightness, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, colours, visual aspect, and other characteristics.

Quality management system is implemented in the concrete plant Prielohy, which meets the requirements of EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 for production of concrete mixtures and ready-mixed concrete.

The plant is certified by notified bodies within the SR legislative, and the production quality is controlled by in-house laboratory and in cooperation with accredited laboratories.

• ready-mixed concrete class C8/10 – C60/75
• waterproof concrete, max. penetration 50 mm, class C20/50, C25/30, C30/37
• cement bound granular mixture CBGM 5/6, CBGM 8/10, CBGM 12/15
• road concrete class CB I, CB II, CB III
• light-weight concrete
• cement and anhydride screed (anhydrit AE 20, 25, 30)
